Capitol Information Group (CIG) is pleased to announce that, on June 26, 2009, CIG acquired the publishing assets of Newsletter Holdings and its subsidiaries, KCI Communications and National Institute of Business Management. Included in the transaction are all print newsletters, web sites, special reports and event assets.
CIG is also pleased to announce that Allie Ash and Phil Ash, who together have over 40 years of experience in newsletter and specialty product publishing, have agreed to join CIG as, respectively, President and Publisher and to lead CIG for the next several years.
